The existing floor consisted of tile, a mud-set / mortar bed, metal lath and felt paper over the plywood subfloor. Demohaulic removed the approved floor assembly down to the plywood subfloor. The condition of the plywood was not part of the documented scope.

The demolition debris was bagged, carried out of the home and staged outside in front of the garage.
