Is debris hauled away?
Yes, when haul-away is included in the confirmed scope. We spell out what is being removed, loaded and disposed of before the work begins.
Will you protect the floors?
Protection and containment are selected based on the project. Floor protection, plastic barriers, dust control and cleanup may be used where the access path and finish materials call for them.
Can you work with my remodeling contractor?
Yes. We can coordinate the agreed removal and debris work so the next trade receives a clearer starting point.
Do you handle hazardous materials?
No. Asbestos, lead and mold testing or remediation are not Demohaulic services. Older buildings may require testing or a qualified specialist before work begins.
