Demohaulic performs selective interior demolition, bathroom and shower tear-outs, tile and flooring removal, concrete breaking and removal, junk removal, property cleanouts, and deck or shed demolition within the agreed scope.
We are insured and carry workers’ compensation insurance. The work is planned around the next trade, the property that remains, and the debris that needs to leave.
Honest scope

Demohaulic is not a licensed structural demolition contractor. We do not advertise load-bearing removal or work requiring permits or licensed trades that have not been confirmed.
Asbestos, lead and mold testing or remediation are not services. Older buildings may require testing or a licensed specialist before work begins.
